Hylunia Gets Hollywood’s Skin “Red Carpet Ready” at the 2010 Academy Awards Secret Room Event
Santa Monica, CA, March 8, 2010 – Hylunia was selected to attend the 2010 Academy Awards Secret Room Event on Saturday, March 6th. A select group of celebrities were invited to the Intercontinental Hotel in Santa Monica to enjoy many luxurious gifts and products – including A-listers Chris McDonald, Dawn Olivieri, Ariel Winter, and Quentin Aaron lead in “The Blind Side.”
Hylunia was represented by Wendy McKay and Amanda Wolfe-Elampooranar, Corporate Sales and Training Managers. Hylunia Contributes to Fundraiser for Relief in Haiti
Henderson, NV, January 20, 2010 – London Flair PR will be holding a celebrity fundraiser to help those in Haiti suffering from the horrific earthquake that took place on January 12, 2010. Actor Hakeem Kae-Kazim (The Fourth Kind, Wolverine, 24) and Haitian actor Jimmy Jean Louis (Heroes) will be headlining this event to help raise as much money as possible to help the country of Haiti.
Southern Haiti was struck by a 7.0 earthquake which knocked down buildings and power lines for miles. This tragedy is being called, “a catastrophe for the Western Hemisphere's poorest nation” (www.cnn.com). The Haitian government said it has recovered 72,000 bodies since last week's earthquake. However, the Pan American Health Organization, which is coordinating the health-sector response, has offered a preliminary estimate of 200,000 dead. The United Nations has estimated that three million Haitians, a third of the population, are in desperate need of food, water, shelter, and medical assistance.
