How can I track my order?

Once you’ve placed an order on the site, we will email you a tracking number and confirmation of the order.
You can also look up your tracking number under your order history in My Account 

Do you ship internationally?

Hylunia does not ship outside the Continental United States at this time.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Items must be returned within 14 days from arrival of shipment.
Prior authorization is required on all returns by contacting Customer Service at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization# (Return Authorization#).
Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Hylunia.
Items must be returned in original packaging with the authorized Return Authorization# number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Note: Returns sent to us without an Return Authorization# will not be accepted.

You can learn about our ingredients by – selecting the Ingredients tabs on a product page or visiting the Ingredients Dictionary to search by ingredient.
